Event Rooms

The GARDENHALL is a luxurious and flexible venue suitable for any occasion. It has access to the garden and terrace. Modern chandeliers and large glass doors overlooking the garden and foyer. This function room can be divided into three equal sized meeting /banqueting rooms (137 m² each). The Gardenhall foyer can be connected to become a ballroom ensemble: suitable for formal or informal receptions.

The Mezzanine's close proximity to the Gardenhall ballroom makes it a flexible break-out space for a larger event. With easy access from the foyer, it can also function as an independent room. Technical equipment: state-of-the-art conference technology on request.

The Boardroom is located in front of the Bolero Bar, next to the Halle and restaurant area. It provides an intimate setting for smaller meetings or get-togethers. The room can be reached via the main stairs leading up from the hotel lobby. Its large windows provide an abundance of natural light.

Accessed from the lobby, this lovely wooden event room can be interconnected with our italian restaurant DAMORO. Complemented by DAMORO’s signature personalized service and consummate catering options, the room’s quiet and refined atmosphere is ideal for all-day meetings, productive business luncheons and intimate private dinners.

The Bündnerstube is designed for smaller baquets and meetings and is an intimate, welcoming venue offering 30 m² of event space. Sliding doors overlook the hotel’s lobby, providing access to the Veranda/terrace and can be used for meeting breaks or cocktails.

With its 3m high ceiling, the design of the Veranda makes the most of natural light. Intimate and elegantly detailed, this room opens onto our outdoor terrace. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner meetings or events. It is located on the lobby area, next to the Bolero Bar. DAMORO caters this beautiful room with tailored lunch menus and rich coffee breaks for up to 30 guests. At night, this room is the perfect setting for lounge cocktails, dinner receptions or after-parties.

DAMORO will put a uniquely modern twist to your meeting by alluring flavours of our authentic Italian cuisine. The restaurant is located on the lobby level and has direct access to the hotel hall, Veranda/ terrace, Bolero Bar and Bündnerstube. It can be interconnected with the Arvenstube, creating a spacious venue for large seated luncheons or buffet dinners.

The room can be reached via the stairs leading up to the hotel lobby. Technical equipment: state-of-the-art conference technology on request. Ideal for one-on-one meetings, breakout groups, storage or office space.

Sitting above the main stairs of the Posthotel, the Seminar 330 offers a permanent boardroom setup for 12 guests and is equipped with the latest video conferencing technology, including a 42-inch flat screen TV. The room is ideal for high-powered meetings, break-outs during large meetings and conferences. It can also be used as storage or office space.

The floor-to-ceiling fabric panelling adds weighty sophistication to this venue. Ideal for small seminars, lunches and private dinners. This room's capacity can be expanded by connecting with the Pöstli Restaurant. Providing a private setting for presentations, small receptions, dinners and cocktail events. the Bündnerstube can also be accessed directly from the hotel lobby.

Exuding understated Grisons elegance, this sophisticated boardroom-style event space seats up to 20-30 attendees. Is highly suitable for executive board meetings, small conferences or private dinners. This room's capacity can be expanded by connecting it with the lobby's fire space area and/or the Poststube. Direct entrance from the Pöstli Corner terrace and lobby area available.

The multifaceted Davoserstube is the perfect setting for seminars, lounge cocktails, dinner receptions or after-parties. It connects conveniently with the Poststube and/or Carigietstube to create a greater sense of privacy. In addition, it is located near the main lobby, providing a stunning and convenient way to greet your guests.

A warm Grisons style event room with a Prättigauer panelled ceiling. The capacity of this room can be expanded by connecting with the Davoserstube, Arvenstube and/or Carigietstube for events up to 220 people. For a casual sessions, sports game nights or intimate cocktail receptions, it offers plenty of lounge-style comforts. The large glass doors slide and open onto the outdoor Pöstli Corner terrace.

The Carigietstube adjoins conveniently to the Grill's main event rooms (Poststube and Davoserstube), opening up to an additional 60m² of event space (total 210m²). This event room in Grisons style with wooden ceiling, day light and show kitchen is ideal for coffee breaks, kitchen parties and cocktail receptions.

La Cave is a tastefully and charmingly decorated "Fonduestube"/ restaurant, where joie de vivre is experienced. With décor evoking a beautiful chalet in the Alps, La Cave offers a cosy atmosphere for dinners, gathering and cocktail receptions up to 100 people (seated) with night caps or parties in the Pöstl Club. The doors of its vault can be closed to separate the vault from the main restaurant to create intimacy for private events of up to 40 people.
